E. Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA)

Before publication, authors are required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) . However, note that:

Unlike traditional journals, Literasiana does NOT require authors to transfer ownership of their copyright. Instead, authors grant the journal a license to publish while retaining full copyright.

  • Submit the article to indexing databases (Google Scholar, SINTA, etc.)

G. How to Submit the Copyright Transfer Agreement

 
 
Step Action
1 Download the CTA form from the journal website
2 Print the form (or fill electronically)
3 All authors must sign (electronic signatures are accepted)
4 Scan or save as PDF
5 Upload as a supplementary file during submission
6 Submission will not proceed without a signed CTA

H. Permission for Third-Party Content

If your manuscript includes any third-party content (e.g., figures, tables, or text from other sources), you must:

  1. Obtain written permission from the copyright holder

  2. Provide attribution to the original source

  3. Upload the permission letter as a supplementary file

Without proper permissions, the manuscript cannot be published.


I. Copyright Infringement

The author(s) are solely responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from their manuscript. The journal and publisher assume no liability for:

  • Unauthorized use of third-party content

  • Plagiarism or self-plagiarism

  • Disputes regarding authorship

If a copyright infringement claim is made, the journal reserves the right to:

  • Withdraw the manuscript before publication

  • Retract the article after publication
