Spektrum: Jurnal Ilmu Politik Hubungan Internasional is a media of thought in the field of international relations and political science in the form of research results, scientific articles, and literature studies. Spektrum was first published in 2004 with a frequency of publication twice a year in January and July.

SPEKTRUM Jurnal Ilmu Politik dan Hubungan Internasional provides immediate open access to its content based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles published in this journal are freely accessible online without subscription or access charges. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, provided that proper attribution to the original author(s) and source is given.

The journal does not impose any access restrictions on readers. All published articles are made available in full-text PDF format through the journal website immediately upon publication.
