About Journal

International Journal of Management, Business and Social Sciences (IJMBSS) is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal published by the Management Study Program, Universitas Wahid Hasyim, Indonesia. The journal aims to promote high-quality research and development in the fields of management, business, and social sciences, serving as a scholarly bridge between academics, researchers, and practitioners.

All published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registered with Crossref under the prefix 10.31942/ijmbs.

Currently, IJMBSS is in the process of SINTA accreditation submission to the Directorate General of Research, Technology, and National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Republic of Indonesia. The journal is awaiting the official result and accreditation level.

Publication Frequency:
The journal was first launched in July 2022 and publishes two issues per year, in May and November, with a minimum of five (5) articles per issue.

International Journal of Management, Business and Social Sciences is an open access and peer-reviewed journal published by Management study program of Universitas Wahid Hasyim Indonesia that aims to promote Management, Business and Social Sciences researchs and developments, and it provides a link between scientists and practitioners. The International Journal of Management, Business and Social Sciences has been identified in crossref with a DOI number.

The International Journal of Management, Business and Social Sciences is currently under review for SINTA accreditation by the Directorate General of Research and Development, Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency of the Republic of Indonesia.

The scope of journal encompasses: Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Leadership & Organizational, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, and Operational Management.
