Journal of Education and Sport Science is a peer-reviewed journal, published biannually by Physical Education and Health and Recreation Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Wahid Hasyim Semarang Indonesia. This journal publishes scientific articles from research or the equivalent of research results in the field of education and sports that have not been published or published by other journals.
Focus and scope of this journal: sport recreation, sport management, sports technology, sports medicine, sport coaching, sports biomechanics, sports sociology, sports psychology, physical education, sport education, teaching and learning.
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by the editorial team. The review process follows a rigorous evaluation system. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's criteria will be immediately rejected without external review. Revised manuscripts that are considered of interest to the readers will proceed further in the evaluation process. Editors then make decisions based on reviewers’ recommendations, which may include: rejection, major revision, minor revision, or acceptance. The main considerations in the review process include adherence to the journal's guidelines, the novelty of the research, the appropriateness of the methodology, and the coherence and clarity of the ideas presented. Reviewers selected for this journal are experts in educational innovation, measurement, and evaluation, as well as specialists in various subject areas relevant to each manuscript's focus.
