      6. APC Waiver Policy

      Jurnal Ilmiah Cendekia Eksakta supports equitable open access and waives Article Processing         Charges (APCs) for authors who meet the following criteria:

1. Financial Need: Authors from low- or middle-income countries (per World Bank classification).
2. Affiliation: Researchers from institutions with limited funding (proof may be requested).
3. Special Cases: Early-career researchers, independent scholars, or authors facing exceptional circumstances (subject to editorial approval).

Requests must be submitted during manuscript submission and include a brief justification. Waivers are granted at the Editor’s discretion.
