Eligibility for Waiver or Discount

A waiver or discount may be granted to authors who meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Authors affiliated with institutions in low-income or lower-middle-income countries, as classified by the World Bank.
• Authors who lack research fundingor are affiliated with institutions that do not cover publication costs.
• Students or early-career researchers submitting independent or unfunded work.
