About Journal

QISTIE: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum is a peer-reviewed scientific journal in the field of law, published twice a year. Initially, the journal was issued in January and August, but since 2014, the publication schedule has been adjusted to May and November.

The journal publishes scholarly articles addressing legal issues in Indonesia as well as in the global context. Submissions may cover a wide range of legal fields, including but not limited to Civil Law, Criminal Law, Civil Procedural Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, Administrative Law, Customary Law, Islamic Law, Agrarian Law, and Environmental Law.

The copyright of each article remains with the author(s).
Authors grant QISTIE Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
