Electronic Filing

Abdimas Unwahas permits and encourages authors to deposit their work electronically in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites, under the following terms.

1. Versions that may be archived

  • Preprint: the manuscript before peer review. It may be archived at any time, with a note that it has been submitted to [Journal Name].
  • Postprint: the accepted manuscript revised after peer review. It may be archived after acceptance.
  • Publisher’s version: the final PDF in the journal layout. It may be archived immediately after publication.

2. Archiving terms

  • Every archived version must acknowledge its initial publication in [Journal Name]. This includes the authors’ names, article title, journal name, volume, issue, year, pages, and DOI.
  • Every archived version must include a link to the article page on the [Journal Name] website.
  • Archiving is subject to the journal’s [Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0)] license.
  • Authors are encouraged to deposit their articles in the Universitas Wahid Hasyim repository ([repository address]) and on their Google Scholar, SINTA, and ORCID profiles.

3. Archiving by the journal

  • [Journal Name] uses [LOCKSS/PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)] to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. This ensures permanent preservation and restoration of content if needed.
  • All published articles are also indexed and archived through [Garuda, Google Scholar, Crossref, and other relevant indexes].
