Abstract
Education Character to high improving student the relavant with revolution industri 5.0. This includes attitudes of adaptability, resilience, creativity, communication skills, cooperation, responsibility and ethics in using technology. Digitalization of Da'wah for Santri as a Revitalization Effort. Apart from that, the 5.0 based digital da'wah training is intended so that students will be able to increase their capacity for planning, managing, controlling and evaluating digital da'wah that touches the IoA (Internet of Things). Artificial intelligence in the Age of Society 5.0 which looks at the human side will replace millions information collected via the internet in all areas of life. It is definitely hoped that it will become something new wisdom in the social order. Current and future student participants must also have large-level thinking methods, known as High Order Thinking Skills. Through HOTS, it is hoped that we can prepare a professional generation to experience the progress of the industrial revolution 4.0 or experience new experiences in society 5.0.
