Abstract
Millennial generations possess unique characteristics that demand significant changes in educational approaches. They tend to reject one-way information, prefer mobile devices over television, and use social media as a means of self-expression and actualization. Additionally, they are less interested in conventional reading, highly familiar with digital technology, and accustomed to cashless interactions. These conditions present challenges for educators, particularly teachers, who are now required not only to master academic content but also to be creative, innovative, technologically literate, and able to serve as relevant role models for millennial students. In this context, educational innovation becomes crucial as a form of renewal in methods, ideas, or learning practices to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and relevance of education in the digital era. This study uses a library research method by reviewing various primary and secondary sources related to the influence of educational innovation on the millennial generation. The objective of this research is to analyze how educational innovations can address the challenges posed by the characteristics of millennials and support the achievement of adaptive and progressive educational goals.
