Abstract

Stunting is a condition of growth failure in children caused by poor nutrition during early growth. This condition can result in long-term negative impacts, including susceptibility to disease and developmental disorders. Factors that cause stunting include lack of food intake, poor diet, infections and poor sanitation. Prevention can be done by providing adequate nutrition from an early age, maintaining hygiene and sanitation, and education about nutrition and child health. Prevention can be done by providing sufficient nutrition from an early age, maintaining hygiene and sanitation, and education about nutrition and child health. The prevention and treatment of stunting must be carried out comprehensively by various parties, including families, the public, medical workers, and the government. Based on this information, this study designed a web-based application called Bekali-Kendali, focusing on Puskesmas Sesayap Hilir in Tana Tidung Regency. Bekali-Kendali is a media or platform for collecting population data in the sesayap hilir puskesmas of Tana tidung district, the data results are then processed using the user-centered design (UCD) method focusing on user needs and preferences. After the data is processed, it will provide useful analysis for the stunting impact data. This application is accompanied by several features such as anthropometric data collection, children's nutritional status, nutritional intakes, and children's medical history. In addition, the app can also provide information and advice on proper nutrition, healthy eating plans, as well as treatment and care required for stunted children.
