Abstract
The rapid advancement of technology has led to the extensive use of computers, not only in workplaces but also in healthcare services. One example is the Kopkar Kompak III Clinic in Jambi City, which faces data management challenges due to conventional methods still being used. Patient records, polyclinic data, medical records, and pharmacy information are documented on paper sheets, making it difficult to enhance service quality. To improve services, this study proposes the development of an accurate and reliable information system to reduce errors and increase operational efficiency. The system is designed using draw.io and employs object-oriented modeling techniques (UML), including use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. The Agile Development method is adopted to ensure flexibility in adapting to changing requirements. The proposed E-Clinic System features modules for patient registration, medical record management, pharmacy inventory, and billing systems. These modules are designed to streamline workflows, minimize paperwork, and enhance data security. By implementing this system, the Kopkar Kompak III Clinic in Jambi City is expected to achieve improved service quality, operational efficiency, and better patient care outcomes.
