Nilai perusahaan merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi investor sebagai dasar pertimbangan proses evaluasi keputusan. Nilai perusahaan merupakan indikator dalam mencerminkan kekayaan para pemegang sahamnya melalui tingkat pengembalian yang akan diperoleh bagi investor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji adanya pengaruh good corporate governance, profitabilitas, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 – 2022. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 45 perusahaan selama lima tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola manajemen dan profitabilitas perusahaan merupakan determinan faktor yang mempunyai implikasi positif terhadap firm value. Sementara leverage mempunyai implikasi negatif terhadap firm value.

Abstract
Firm value is an important factor for investors in the investment decision making process. Firm value is an indicator that reflects the wealth of its shareholders through the rate of return that will be obtained for investors. The research intends to examine the influence of good corporate governance, profitability and leverage on firm value. This research was conducted on LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2022. The population used in this research was 45 companies for five years. Using the purposive sampling method in sampling resulted in a sample of 122 companies. This study used multiple regression as an analysis technique. From the result, we can conclude that good corporate governance and profitability play role as determinant factor of firm value, by positively impact on firm value. While leverage has negative impact on firm value.
