Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Training, and Development on Employee Performance at PT Pura Barutama Rotogravure Unit 3 MICS Etiquette Department. The population in this study was 262 employees of the Etiquette Department of Rotogravure Unit 3. The sample used in this study was 72 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study was through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 25 which included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests, f-tests, and R² tests. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational culture, organizational commitment, and development do not. The coefficient of determination is 0.567, or 56.7% of employee performance is influenced by the variables of organizational culture, organizational commitment, training, and development. Meanwhile, the remaining 43.3% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
